It's not always helpful with deeper issues to keep revisiting the past. No matter how often we visit it, we may never come to an understanding of why things happened the way they did. And even if we do reach an understanding, there's really nothing we can do to change what happened to us.
Sometimes it's more beneficial to begin where we are now, and move on from this point. I can help you learn how to think and feel differently about the experiences that have bothered you, bringing you nearer to who you now want to be. I can help you to believe in yourself and to feel more empowered and more adept at creating an exciting new future for yourself.
